Katrina Crichton, RD, LD
Katrina earned her bachelors degree in dietetics with a minor in psychology from the University of Dayton in 2011 and graduated from her dietetic internship through Virginia Tech in Northern Virginia in 2012. Katrina received her masters of science in health communications from the University of Illinois in spring 2019. Katrina has experience providing one-on-one nutrition counseling in a variety of settings, including eating disorder treatment centers.
Katrina understands that for many people, food can hold a lot of power and can be a significant source of fear, stress, and anxiety. She provides individualized nutrition counseling and strives to empower her clients to rediscover enjoyment in eating by helping them improve their relationship with food and their body. Through an intuitive eating approach to nutrition, she will work with you to uncover how food and nutrition can best serve your unique lifestyle.
